  1. The terms and conditions herein shall form an inseparable part of the Cleaning Service Contract.
    本頁條文為本單洗滌合約的不可分割合約條款。

  2. Holder of this Bill shall be deemed to be the owner, goods will be delivered to the bearer on production of this Bill. Should this Bill be lost, a written report should be made to the Company. It takes a least 2 business days to ascertain the ownership. The Customer is required to produce his/her Identity Card and shall consent to his/her name, Identity Card number and signature be recorded before the goods are released.
    持本單據者被視為物主,顧客需憑本單據取回衣物。倘未能出示此單據,需以書面通知本公司,需時最少兩個工作天,待查明權屬後,顧客需出示身份證明以供記錄姓名、身份證號碼及簽署,方可領回衣物。

  3. The Company shall not be responsible for the loss of any valuables or articles left in the goods entrusted to the Company for cleaning.
    顧客交付送洗衣物前,應確定衣物內沒有金錢或任何物品,如有遺失,本公司恕不負責。

  4. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the goods if they are cleaned in accordance with the cleaning instructions stated in the cleaning label or in manner as instructed by the Customer.
    如本公司遵照交來衣物的洗滌標籤,或顧客指定之洗滌方式洗滌衣物,致送洗衣物發生任何損毀,本公司無需負任何責任。

  5. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage or enlarged damage caused by any inherent weakness or defects in the materials or making of the goods after cleaning.
    倘衣物本身質料及結構問題等內在因素或存在缺點而引致洗滌過程後出現的損毀或損毀擴大,本公司恕不負責。

  6. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods arising from any event of force majeure such as natural disasters, earthquakes, warfare, riot moth, fire or floods.
    送洗衣物因不可抗力之事故,例如:天災、地震、戰爭、暴亂、昆蟲蛀食與及火、水災等,發生損毀而不能交還顧客,本公司無需向顧客負責。

  7. Subject to these terms and conditions, in the event that the Company is liable to the Customer for any loss or damage in respect of the goods, the damages payable shall be calculated according to the value of the goods evidenced by purchase receipt less reasonable depreciation and allowances of any defects, the Company's liability shall in no event exceed ten (10) times of the cleaning charges.
    受限於本合約其他條款,在任何情況下,如本公司需就衣物的損毀或遺失負法律責任,將因應顧客提供之單據證明衣物的價值、扣減折舊及其他因素計算賠償金額,但以不超過洗衣價之十倍為上限。

  8. Should delivery of the goods be not taken within 30 days from the date of issue of this Bill or before a date as specified therein, the Customer shall be deemed to have abandoned the goods and the Company shall have the right to dispose of the goods without prior notice to the Customer and no claim can be made against the Company.
    顧客需於本單據簽發30日內或指定限期屆滿前提取衣物,否則視作放棄處理,本公司無需通知顧客,有權自行處置該衣物,本公司無需向顧客負責任何損失。

  9. Any claim the Customer may have in respect of the goods shall be made by notice in writing to the Company within 14 days from the collection of the goods. Any claim made after the expiry of the 14 days shall be absolutely barred and has no effect.
    顧客於取回衣物後有任何投訴或索償,需於14天內以書面向本公司提出,逾期均屬無效,本公司將不受理。

2006
